I downloaded and used tweakui on my home computer last night.
Its a really cool program that allows you to change a lot of the ways that XP looks and acts really easily in one small little package.
If you run XP - you should download it and check it out, its really easy to use.
The only thing that it didn't fix was the fact that each time I open Internet Explorer I have to tell it to put the status bar at the bottom of the screen - but I finally found a way to fix it. That was driving me nuts!
