The Pack picked up another commit from the transfer portal, point guard Preston Edmead from Hofstra. Preston has been compared favorably to UT’s Ja’Kobi Gillespie as being super quick and aggressive. A great addition, a player to get excited about.

Background:

Preston is a 4-star transfer, ranked 156 from Easthampton, MA.

His brother Aaren played at NC A&T ’17-’18 and ’18-’19.

He played one season at Hofstra. He was the CAA Rookie of the Year, Second Team All-CAA, CAA All-Rookie team and was the CAA Championship Most Outstanding Player.
