The Kansas City Chiefs ended their 2025 regular season campaign on Sunday, and teams around the NFL are already looking for the chance to poach the reigning AFC champions' coaches.

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the Tennessee Titans have requested an interview with Chiefs offensive coordinator Matt Nagy for their vacant head coach role.

Nagy has been part of Kansas City's offensive coaching staff since 2022, when he joined the Chiefs after a four-year stint as the Chicago Bears' head coach between 2018 and 2021. He had previously served as Kansas City's quarterbacks coach from 2013 until 2015, and was the Chiefs' offensive coordinator in 2016 and 2017.

While Rapoport's report indicated that Tennessee is "requesting to interview" Nagy, the veteran coordinator's contract expires at the end of the 2025 season, at which point he will become a free agent.

Stay tuned to see if Nagy will land with the Titans — and who the Chiefs might tab to replace him in the event that he leaves Kansas City in the offseason.
