The Suns will play the Thunder on Sunday and the Timberwolves on Wednesday at home. These are not tournament games.

The other two tournament games are against the Trail Blazers and Grizzlies.

I’m going with OKC on this. They’re good! We simply aren’t as polished as them, funny considering we have vets and guys who have been in big situations.

If it's close game, Suns lose as they cannot stop good teams with Allen in there, who with his shooting was preferred by coach. Our offense is too stagnant in half court sets.

Allen is not the problem. He's not a lockdown defender but he's one of our top 5 players, including the big 3. It's debatable who has been more vital as to Nurkic or Allen thus far in the season. Gordon is probably #6 but the gap between 5 and 6 is pretty big.

Okogie is the problem. He needs to sit. He won't help us against a quality OKC team with good size. He needs to stay out of the rotation.

I don't think sitting Okogie will improve the offense and defense enough to win games in style. The offense looks good for stretches but in the clutch we should get better shots, even help Durant more with screens or find open shooters or punish them on the offensive glass. On defense it looks like we're playing 4 against 5 too often. A screen on the top of the key and everything collapses leading to wide open threes or quality shots from mid-range. Can't wait for the next game to wash away the loss to the Fakers. We need to beat OKC convincingly.

Nurkic picks up his first foul just like that against Holmgren.

It seems like Suns turnovers always turns into points for the opponent.

Nurkic is looking too slow tonight and goes to the bench with 2 fouls.
