Thunder guard Nikola Topic, three months removed from being diagnosed with testicular cancer, is set to return to the court Monday night for the G League Oklahoma City Blue.
Topic completed chemotherapy treatment last month, according to a report.
The 20-year-old Serbian guard has yet to appear in an NBA game since the Thunder drafted him with the No. 12 pick in the 2024 NBA Draft. He missed all of last season rehabbing an ACL injury.

The Blue hosts the Sioux Falls Skyforce at 7 p.m. Monday at Paycom Center in Oklahoma City.
This is Topic’s first step to making his NBA debut.
“He’s handling this the same way he’s always handled everything we’ve ever seen, which is with unbelievable professionalism, maturity and mental toughness,” Thunder coach Mark Daigneault said in December. “All the things that he has exhibited to this point are being tested, and he’s passing the test.”
