JG stated that we will not see a full starting line-up. I'm guessing that means sitting veteran starters and giving young starters some playing time with 2nd string players, but we do not know what exactly that means.

Starting Position battles
Very few questions marks IMO at this point. The only thing up for grabs IMO are starting roles in specific formations.
- CB#2 in the Penny 3 Safety with only two CBs. Is Melton or Johnson playing opposite Williams?

- Will LB. Indications are that the D will play a lot of formation with only one off-ball LB minimizing the number of plays utilizing a will LB. And on top a lot of pass-rush formations, where Zaven or Browning moves to will.
But who will play Will when a traditional Will is used?
Pappoe did not look good, so you have to assume that the battle is between ADG and Cody Simon. ADG looks to have the edge, but didn't exactly have a strong showing in game 1. Will Simon see extented playing time?

Rotational battles & Battles for roster spots
- The ranking on the DT. How many DTs will be on the 53? And how does that depth chart look? Collier, Jones, Nicols and Simmons are fighting for 1 or max 2 spots. Who's in? Who's out?

- Back-up CB behind the top 3. Probably the most impactful of back-up spots. Jones, Burke and Clark are in the mix. Who will shine?

- The most intriguing battle is IMO without doubt the back-up safeties. Blount, Hall and Crawford are all great on ST and all played REALLY well in week 1. Realisticly there is only 1 roster spot open, but if all three continue to play this well, then I think the coaching staff has to carry 5 on the 53.

- Weaver vs. Fehoko for #5 WR. Acho overspoke last week and said directly that these two are 5 and 6 on the DC, but in which order? One could be out if the team only carries 5.

- Back-up TE. How many TEs do you carry when you run a TE heavy scheme and TE#3, TE#4 and TE#5 all looked really good - relatively. They went against different level of competition, but all looked good. Will they change up the rotation to see Vololek and Deguara against 2nd stringer instead of 3rd stringers?

- Back-up RB. Demarcado and Knight looked good as RBs. Dallas is the KR and fumbled. Carter did not show much. This rotation will impact both RB and KR.

- Back-up OL. If the starting 5 is not playing, Beach most likely getting the day off as well and both Hernandez and Jones injured, then it's everything up for grabs. No one has shown much after the top 8. Will 1-2 of the rest show that they belong on the 53? Or is Monti bringing in the #9 and all the current back-ups are cut?

- Jordan Burch. The stand-out player in game 1. It is very clear what they saw in Burch and why he was the pick over some of the other available edge players. I expected him to be a developing player with very limited snap. Is he changing that perception? If he keeps this up, he could play a significant role in the rotation.

I'm guessing you mean Deguara...

He's a former 3rd rounder and a 6th year vet with 10 career starts. Are we really calling him the exchange student?

Can you elaborate? Considering all three are listed as STARTERS per the teams official site? Going out on a limb and betting Williams is still the NB?
In the penny front - 3 safety formation that reports are saying they have run most of camp (5 DL, Wilson, 3 safeties and 2 CBs), Williams has been playing outside CB and Johnson goes to the bench.
