Ok this is it, I'm sick and tired of this crap.

Everyone needs to know what's wrong and how to fix it.

First of all I blame OWNERSHIP for all this mess, yeah that's right I said it and that's who's to blame, have been since the 60's.

Yes Michael has made progress, yes it's not AS bad but it's still there because they won't just hire a GM and leave it the F alone.

HIRE A !$!#$%%# GM or I will go into hibernation, I will not spend one farking dime on this thing, no Sunday Ticket, no gear, no nothing, I might read about the games, that's it.

This is completely assinine, I watched them entirely screw up the Whiz situation, drink their own koolaid, thinking they'd all made history, they made nothing but a bigger ramp for them to hurtle into the steaming pile of squeeze from.

I watched Graves completely diss DG, who I don't even like but it's freaking obvious who drafted the players, but no, Graves said oh no I was included in all those decisions, well duh, you were like who do we want Dennis? Oh, yeah that sounds good Dennis......

Freaking amazing this team!

HIRE A GM YOU @%#$%% KNUCKLEHEADS..

JEBUS YOU GUYS ARE STUPID, NO I'M STUPID FOR EVER THINGKING YOU'LL CHANGE>>>. ARRRRRRRRRRGH.

I'll take Lucy with the football for $500 Alex.

Living In Pa I have no real impact however those of you who live in the Phoenix area can. Understand the only way you can change how this team functions is to hit them in their wallet. We all know this team is the income source for the Bidwills. Do not attend any more home games and do not sell your tickets to anyone else.

When it comes time to re-up season tickets tell them that you cannot in good conscience renew your tickets since the team has done little or nothing to improve the product on the field therefore you have no other choice than to discontinue buying tickets to the games.

If you follow the money as the old adage saids then you will help change the future of this team. Fans of out of town teams are not going to buy season tickets to see one game. If the team loses 10,000 season ticket holders they will quickly come to the conclusion that the fans are truly pissed off and maybe they will come to the realization that they need to make real changes in order to get those fans back.

All true except their idea of fixing things and real changes can and does turn into bizzare interpretations of the concept.

I think ownership likes to turn on and off the money spout like a savings plan, that's just my theory, it goes like this.

Ok now we'll try, we'll pay more than we ever have, "but still less than the league average" for a coachings staff and we'll make a splashy splash and get a QB, "Kolb" and that should do the trick but if not, well then we'll just spend a year or two pocketing excess money and then give her another go.

I really believe that's what they're doing and that's IMO why they won't get a GM because a GM wouldn't put up with that, it's giving up the control to do that and if you try that with a GM they'll quickly get the drift they don't control their own destiny.

Give the GM a budget, based on real revenues, let them do their work, stay out of it.

The problem is how to get the fanbase to demand this and translate it into actual action.

IMO that's a tall order, don't know that even voting with your wallet will ever bring about those changes.

All true, CD. Also look at the new front office setup. They seem to have about three or four guys involved. Licht, Keim, Whiz, maybe Graves, and Michael Bidwill. How is that ever going to work?

The problem with this organization is that too many people are involved, including MB. He needs to hire a competent GM, who will then hire a competent HC. He needs to sty out and give the GM the green light for the roster and coaching staff, let the coach coach his team and sit back and enjoy the game on Sundays.

The ultimate truth of things is you better find another team because it will never change! Never! Live with it or don't fall for the cheese again.

That's fine to have that many people working on the issue, it's not fine if they have to fight through a lot of bogus politics to get a decision made.

That's just stupid, plus you can't possibly act fast with that kind of structure, just get the F out of the decision making, establish a budget, hire a GM then just root from your skybox, it's not that hard.

If the GM sucks, get another one.

Rinse and repeat.

Just freaking try it for the love of insanity, the current setup DOES NOT WORK, they've tried EVERYTHING else, why not try something different for a change?

I think eventually it will, I don't know how many laughing stock disasters it will take but each one moves us closer to this reality.

Michael does care, often times realizing you are part of the problem is the hardest step.

I think he's completely hoodwinked into thinking he's part of the solution, he's not, he's part of the problem.

He's the ultimate decision maker and he's a lawyer by trade, he wouldn't represent himself because that would be stupid but he can make football decisions for his team?

Stupid idea, he just doesn't see it yet is what I'm betting.

It might take a couple more runs of this for him to get it.

I have said this on many posts and will say it again. Michael Bidwill needs to bring in a new senior executive to run the football operations. It starts by getting rid of Graves and bringing in a real football person. He then can make the decisions on who stays and who goes and who he wants to bring in. Until that happens the Cards will continue to be what they are now, a poorly run organization and a crappy team.

Its not ownership. Its simple

1. Offensive line is totally inept. Is it personnel or the O-line coach. If Whiz can't fire the O-line coach, he has to go.
2. Q-Backs are not good. With a really great o-line and great running backs, these q-backs might not look inept.
3. Injury prone running backs. They can't help you if they can't play.
4. The defense knows they cannot make up for 1-3. So they quit.

The franchise is a royal mess. I didn't think Kevin Kolb was the quarterback answer, but realisitically what else was available at the time?

With the way the team imploded in Seattle yesterday, I'm moving toward letting Whis go along with the entire offensive staff. I guess how the team performs the rest of the way will go a long way toward deciding whether or not he fills the last year of his contract. Yesterday may have been a tipping point. The quarterback position and the offensive line are disaster areas. Now the rest of the team is imploding and it's getting very ugly.

Contrast San Diego and the Cardinals! The Chargers actually went into Pittsburgh and beat the Steelers. I guess it shows that if you actually have an NFL quarterback, anything is possible. Without one, you get whipped 58-0.

I have no doubt Michael wants to win, but as you say he's a lawyer & he's soon to be an NFL owner. Jerry Jones is out of his field also. This is the Bidwill business, which in the long run will probably always limit what they will do financially. Until ownership gives up the keys to the car, this team will always be at a disadvantage to teams that win consistently & I doubt that ever changes, especially in my lifetime.

I know, I know, it's just too horrible to contemplate, I can't quit this team and that's my only hope to avoid yo yo suckage with brief periods of glory sprinkled in there until my death.

Cardinals, I wish I could quit you.

You are about 99.9999999999999999999% correct. I am very anxious to see what our bozos up top will do next. Not much more they can do to make us worse. I am thinking of burning what Cardinal gear I possess except my Super Bowl cap. Oh! How I wish I could be a fan of some other team. Has there ever been another NFL franchise team so inept. I pray we will lose the remainder of our games. We are breaking all sorts of records this year. You know who our leading rusher is? LSH with around 300 yds? Peterson can almost do that in one game. We are last in nearly every category in the NFL other than some defensive categories. Why does any Cards fan go to our stadium? I would hope all Cards fans stop attending. Money is the only thing that drives the Bidwills.
