I draw no pleasure from this. We love to build up our heroes almost as much as we love to tear them back down again. I don't feel a whole lot of sympathy for her but I hate to see anyone ruin their life. As a society, we took a child with (apparently) questionable parents and told her daily that she was VERY special, allowing her to escape accountability time and again. It's a shame this has happened but at this point all we can do is deal with the person that has come of age under such poor guardianship. Incarcerate her.

Yes there is, her mom. She is out there defending her to the end and blaming everyone else. She did an interview and did not even know how many times her daughter was in rehab. While in rehab, she told Lindsay to refuse a breathalyzer. She enables her 100% of the time. Not saying Lindsay does not deserve blame herself, but her mom set her up to fail.

Lindsay Lohan was reportedly in a serious car crash earlier this morning. TMZ says her Porsche collided with an 18-wheeler on PCH. She is in the ER but is said to not have any serious injuries.

That actually happened to my dad 25 + years ago when he had a porsche. he got cut off by a truck and couldn't stop and he actually went partially under the rear of the truck. He was ok too.

I guess they must make those Porsches well.
