Red sauce beef enchiladas from home. Yumm..


It was spicy too, but I don't want Linda to see or her eyes might start watering.

Those are the best thing ever the next day. If I could put Enchilada sauce on everything I would.

My wife makes the sauce too. They are good. Not quite as good as her sour cream green chile chicken enchiladas though....

Had a Sonic Extra Long Coney with mustard and onions with a Sonic-sized order of Tots. Ate it up at Gov. Hunt's tomb overlooking the zoo.
