Jetstream Green
Kool Aid with a touch of vodka
We all know this franchise is cursed. We have had good players and some good coaches and the playoffs have been even impossible for us for the most part... forget the Superbowl. We must research this franchise no matter how painful it will be going over all those losing seasons. Who did we offend? Why did Boldin and Shipp have to get hurt at the beginning of this year? Why did Lomax have to fall apart just when we could say we had a solid QB? Why did Eric Swann have to go down before his time and why didn't that DL line ever fully appear on the field healthy. What happened to Wadsworth? He was a close as a sure thing in the draft as there ever was, and the other teams believed that as well going into that draft. Whta happened to Thomas Jones. Why did David Boston have to go nuts like Rice. Why did Plummer have to become Jake the Fake after he was the Snake in '98 and we finally reached the playoff? Did the football gods get angry at him for leading us to the playoffs in defiance of the curse. Why did after that season did our club have to be involved in the OL car accident and Rob Moore and Frank Sanders become cursed with injury and just bad playing ability. Why are we cursed? Why does our OL with all it's talent play way below average... why? Why damn it? Why do we have to be teased by the football gods and taunted by them by having such a bad record and still a shot at the playoffs by winning the division even now, is it their idea of being funny for Green stating we could make the playoffs? Why did Boldin have to get hurt while just walking through a drill in practice, did he pis$ off the football gods by his record season last year? Why did the Rams become a Superbowl team when they arrived in St.Louis from out of no where with a QB from no where, more taunting after the Cardinals left St.Louis? Just watch, this team will win all three of its last games but will lose the fourth with Rackers missing a chip shot in the closing seconds, payback from the football gods for the record three 50+ field goals he made earlier in the year. Scary isn't it.
