They not worth all that
Agreed. I don’t think Ouchie or I yelled once and I’m pretty sure when the game ended we chuckled, pounded fists and I said “well, at least we got to witness that debacle together!” before leaving his house.

We’ve just seen too many of those losses for over three decades now and they’ve already flirted with disaster against awful teams twice this season so the third time being the charm just wasn’t a surprise. It was almost expected the second Demarcado dropped that TD.

Yeah, after about the 50th kick in the nuts, I learned to expect nothing of our hometown heroes and just enjoy the comedy of it all. It's been what - since 2021 that we had anything legitimate to believe in?

That 10-2 glimmer of hope has been the best we've had since the Arians years. Other than that, it's just been mostly watching Kyler fart around. Wheeeee.

Yeah… those back to back epic face-plants by the Suns and Cardinals in 2021 combined with some personal stuff going down at the same time really shifted the way I watch and more importantly, care about sports. I still love watching games but it’s more about being with friends and hanging out. The screamer inside of me happily died those years ago and when a game is done, I just don’t let that anger burn inside me after.

Doesn’t mean I won’t bang on the team on the message board, but I’d actually be sad after losses and let it ruin the rest of my day sometimes and even drip into the week. Life’s too short for that… and this franchise makes that happen far too often!

In 56 years of Suns basketball, 36 years of Cardinals football, and 27 years of Dbacks baseball we've been able to celebrate 1 championship. The futility of our city is truly astounding.

One of the few benefits of getting older is the wisdom not to let things out of your control to bother you, even if your teams make you want to pull your hair out.

Ya. And after expecting a much improved team this year. Only to be worse than when the “rebuild” started. This is horrifying.

You know I've always been a political junkie. There's a Facebook group I'm on and doing some debating on CNN, MSNBC articles. Needless to say I am not the most popular guy on those cable channels. :)
Surprised you survive on FB.
My average active account time between bans was less than 12 hours before I deleted it all.
Last time they banned me for telling a guy we used to catch rattlesnakes to make hat bands out of...accused me of using "dog whistles ".... wtf does that even mean?

I wish I could get to the things out of my control, not bother part.

I walked away from MLB years ago.
But even i came back to watch the DBacks spank the hated Yankees in the series...
The valley desperately needs a sports dynasty ...to help establish a strong base...
I mean, other than the Rattlers

This was supposed to be the season. Two years of not really trying to win so that we could have a Kliff like 11-6 or Arians like 13-3 ascension. Through the first almost 3rd of the season (in what was considered the easy part) we are clearly the 4th best team in the division. We have zero identity, and the vast majority feel like this is the last year of Kyler on the team.

Who has any faith that Monti is the guy to be picking the next QB/direction of this team?
