Weirdly, I'm pretty confident that K1 comes back and they beat the Cowboys. But I don't know how I feel about that. I imagine there is a reversal of all the terrible coaching decisions we've seen through seven games. I expect them to be aggressive offensively and air it out, not just til halftime. I expect Rallis to actually blitz in the 4th quarter. But for it to take half a season for them to stop being idiots is still unacceptable. Again, my worst fear is them winning just enough games down the stretch and somehow MB is pressured into keeping this regime together. It's too little too late. Heck, they could go 7-0 in their final 7 games and if they finish 9-8 and miss the playoffs, it's still too late. It doesn't make up for the horrendous job they've done this year. They have robbed this fanbase of a playoff appearance.

Coach says we need to play, coach and execute better. AGAIN! What a fabulous observation - qualified for the hall of shame!

I will be watching from the lens of the deadline.

If we lose then Jonah Williams, Budda Baker, and Jalen Thompson should be available at the deadline
Williams has no value, Thompson is a rental so a 7th if your extremely lucky. Baker is the real value. He might fetch a third, though his style of play only fits a few teams.

I don’t buy that anybody’s giving up a third round pick for a one trick pony safety that’s old and not really a game changer…..

He hasn't looked right all year though. Last good game was the finale against SF last year, and the K1 faithful are running on empty.

If we're dreaming and JG goes 8-2 or 7-3 against a tough schedule these last ten, he deserves one more year. But I'm a player's coach, and a coach's player too Josiah, so take that for what it's worth.

Haha yeah I love that K1 is surely feeling the pressure and I’m certain he’s heard the chatter that we should start JB…

I still believe he has the tools because we’ve seen it before, he just has to do it, and we all know it’s now or never.

Kurt Warner mentioned how Bryce was benched in Carolina and came back as a different player and it’s interesting bc that time off did something to him for the better. He really did change as a QB some how some way.

But honestly, I still hold that if they miss the playoffs JG has to go, even if they go on a great run of say 7-3. Again, we can’t be distracted by a good finish yet an abysmal and inexcusable start…This was the year they had to deliver! Year 3 of the rebuild! The year you play the freaking AFC South & NFC South! That ain’t happening again for another 4 years! Zero excuses! If you want to save your job, then prove it with an incredible 8-2 or 9-1 finish and make the playoffs. Period.

Actually, not for another 12 years. They rotate through the 4 AFC divisions x 3 other NFC divisions.

By then those teams won't resemble what they are now; but surely there will be occasional years where the Cards play whichever two divisions are worst. And they'll probably squander that easy schedule, too!

Yeah I also have a feeling they're gonna pull off the upset. The team is probably hungry for a win and will be extra fired up after all the disappointing close losses this year. The extra week off will probably help as well. No reason why we can't beat Dal, we pulled off the upset the last time with Dobbs in '23. Murray also beat them in '21 and '20.
