Luka Dončić says he wants shooters and a big man he can run pick-and-rolls with

“I think mainly shooters and a big man who can run the pick-and-roll and jump so I can pass to him. If I have shooters, they won’t double me as much, and it helps me out. I think I always need shooters around me because I usually get double-teamed a lot, so I think I need shooters—and some centers who can jump high and block shots.”

The Lakers and Austin Reaves agreed to a four-year maximum contract his new $185M contract. Here's how that deal will look:

26-27: $41.3M
27-28: $44.6M
28-29: $47.9M
29-30: $51.2M (player option)

Reaves' deal will get signed after the Lakers use their cap space, should they choose that route. LA still has lots of flexibility for building the roster this summer.

Windhorst: Lakers' offer to Austin Reaves was around $30M/year two days ago.

Upped it to full max yesterday at $46.3M/year to close signing.
