A game is 48 minutes and they won. These teams are well coached and playing quick from a stylistic perspective but they're almost grinding it out possession by possession. It's like a watching a good boxing match or MMA fight. They are throwing lots of jabs and feeling each other out. It's been great basketball, IMO.

One couldn't ask for a much better Finals. I have enjoyed it.

The only caveat is I want to get on with trades and the draft. The waiting is tortuous. Maybe something happens tomorrow.

Considering who is making the moves for the Suns, I'm ok with a more patient approach, even if it's sort of a forced patience.

Hopefully you have a good fathers day tomorrow and have a good distraction leading up to game 5 on Monday.

Happy Father's Day to you as well.

:shocker:

A bettor in Colorado placed a wager of $127,667 on the Pacers to win the title at +700 odds at Fanatics Sportsbook before Game 6 of the Eastern Conference finals against the New York Knicks on May 31. The wager would win $893,669 if Indiana can win two of the remaining three games in the Finals.

OKC's offense came to a halt without Shai and Chet drawing attention. I'm not sure that's a good call to sit them together.

Thunder are starting Hartenstein again. I believe it's because he gives them more size and deepens their bench.

OKC looks like they did the vast majority of the season right now. Arguably the longest they've played their style in this finals. Indiana needs a secondary creator.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams are so good and Chet Holmgren will only get better.

pacers are pretty screwed - no hali and okc is firing on all cylinders - it's a wonder they're only down 14 at the half

indiana needs to decide in their locker room what they're gonna do - let the game slip or get into some disruptive ish - throw a wrench in it - foul hard pick fights pray for technicals because they're on their way to losing it all

Haliburton needs to take the open 3-point shot no matter how badly he has shot it.

Jalen Williams is having a coming out sort of performance tonight. I thought Chet was their clear #2 but JDub was an All-Star for a reason.

McConnell is carrying the Pacers with Haliburton's game off.
