Tatum's right foot is well behind him when he tries to plant and push off of it. Could be his Achilles as that is often how it gives out.

Yeah, I would be very surprised if that isn't the case, unless he broke is ankle or something, but you don't thrash around like he did with a broken bone because it makes the pain far worse.

Has to be Achilles. The way he grabs the back of his ankle, and the way he went down after pushing off... looks like a rupture.

The word on GP2 pre game was he is finally over his food poisoning issue and he looks better so far. They badly need him and Moody tonight. I heard online he lost 8 pounds when he got sick, as skinny as he is that's quite a bit of weight

Damn bring in Draymond for defense on the last possession and he gets beat for a layup then Payton's shot curls out.

Ant was a bit chippy with Payton there not sure why they had a foul to give so GP2 took it and then Ant was complaining he was being fouled. yes on purpose

Randle has made 4 already where you're saying terrible shot give him that all night and he swishes it. Man he's on a heater

He is much better than anticipated when he was traded to the Wolves.

Huge shot by Ant the Warriors had all the momentum. Great half from Kuminga.

I don't know what you need to call a flagrant anymore, McDaniels pulls Buddy from behind basically a horse collar they review it and say none of the conditions were met. He didn't play the ball, he was up around the neck, and it was intentional he was mad at Hield from earlier in the play. THen later Kuminga is launching for a dunk and 2 hand shove by Naz Reid just a shooting foul not even reviewed.

Really need more from Draymond he's turning it over too much. So many missed layups, Looney and GP2 both missed a couple

Tatum is the east coast LeBum when it comes to injuries. Being down on the court for a prolonged amount of time.

I feel a little bad but not really. At the time I thought it was another one of his injuries where he takes forever to get up from like LeBum.

I wonder if it's modern shoes causing Achilles issues. So many more players have had torn theirs lately that it has to be some commonality.

It feels that way, but I would think the manufacturers would have to be tracking this stuff in a huge sport like basketball.

Timberwolves are turning up the gas late in the 3rd quarter.

I think it's the way they train. The ACL's are the same way and doctors will tell you it's because athletes are playing so many games at a young age in AAU they wear out their bodies. Tatum is like all the others played a ton of basketball in his young life.

I think Ant outscored the W's that quarter.

Just too good they hit everything they put up and the W's couldn't get anything going on offense.

Be kind of cool to see an entirely new champ with an OKC vs Minnesota WCF and Indiana vs New York ECF.

I think OKC is in the driver's seat but I wouldn't mind an Eastern team winning. The Knicks and Pacers are both likable teams.

ant might be the next one

The book on him before was if he ever gets the outside shot look out, he led the league in made 3's this year, look out. That 3 at the end of the half changed all the momentum in this game.
Warriors trying to make a run but not enough offense to come back from this far.
