Former Ravens QB Coach Tee Martin Shares Heartfelt Goodbye
It was officially announced this afternoon that Ravens QB coach Tee Martin will not be retained for the 2026 season. The former Tennessee quarterback joined the Ravens as wide receivers coach in 2021 before being promoted to quarterbacks coach in 2023.
On Instagram, Martin posted, "History was made. Enjoyed every minute of it!" Indeed, his time as quarterbacks coach saw historic moments with Lamar Jackson, including a 2024 season that should have earned Jackson his third MVP award.
New head coach Jesse Minter has been assembling his staff since being hired on January 22. Following the hiring of offensive coordinator Declan Doyle on January 30, the quarterbacks coach position likely fell under Minter's discretion. Since then, the Ravens have reportedly requested to interview former Buffalo Bills quarterbacks coach Ronald Curry.

With Martin's departure, the Ravens will look to fill the role of quarterbacks coach as part of Minter's new coaching vision. The team's reported interest in Ronald Curry signals a potential shift in how Lamar Jackson and the offense are developed. For Martin, his time in Baltimore leaves a legacy of growth and historic performances that will be remembered by players and fans alike.
