My own Rankings: (excluding the obvious Cowboys picks of Elliott and Prescott)
1. The Bears - great draft, seems to have hit big on early picks
a. Center - Cody Whitehair, a solid starting interior lineman who can continue to have success at C or G for years to come.
b. OLB - Leonard Floyd, some thought he was a reach at the time but has turned out to improving greatly with I believe 7 sacks in the second half of the season.
c. RB - Jordan Howard, great fantasy pick up, averaging 5 ypc, and over 1000 yds in his rookie season. Appears to be a steal from round 4 in the draft. Gives the Bears a two headed RB in Langford/Howard.
2. The Falcons - great job at beginning to rebuild defense to go with top offense in league
a. Safety - Keanu Neal, already leads team in tackles and forced fumbles
b. ILB - Deion Jones, second in tackles behind Neal, and has 3 interceptions already, 1 of those for a TD
c. CB - Brian Poole, starting at nickleback, doing a good job so far, has a sack, and several fumble recoveries.
3. The Chargers - another team that needed to get stronger on D quickly
a. OLB - Joey Bosa, in play for rookie of the year on D, sack total goes up weekly. As good as he was cranked up to be. A pro-bowler for years to come.
b. ILB - Jatavis Brown, missed for games due to injury, but still has 3 sacks and 2 forced fumbles. A solid starter from the 5th round of the draft.
c. TE - Hunter Henry, already proven to be the replacement for Antonio Gates. Has 7 TDs and over 400 yds playing second fiddle to Gates this his rookie season. Fantasy players are going to love this guy.
4. The Chiefs - did well with one super starter on each side of the ball
a. WR/KR - Tyreek Hill, wow ... unranked rookie who leads the league in fantasy points as a WR and return specialist. 10 TDs from RB, WR, and Return positions. Dude can do anything from anywhere.
b. DT - Chris Jones, was eased into lineup, but now shows the speed off the ball, good leverage, and strength the Chiefs needed on the interior of the DL. Should be around a long time making their super D even tougher.
