The TCU Horned Frogs are taking a trip across the pond this fall to kick off the 2026 college football season against the North Carolina Tar Heels, and they're going to be wearing some special apparel to fit the occasion.

On Monday, the Horned Frogs officially unveiled the alternate uniforms that they will be wearing for the season-opener, which features the usual purple helmet, black top, and black pants. However, the details are what make this "kit" special.

The alternate uniform draws on the past, using inspiration from the 2010 Pro Combat look, with updates. There are frog-skin numbers on the uniform, which were first debuted against the Oregon State Beavers in 2010.

However, these uniforms have a new pattern sewn onto the shoulders and collar, pulled from the razorback of the frog in TCU's logo. The Horned Frogs will also wear their new Clover Frog helmets, which were previously unveiled.

The game will take place on Saturday, August 29, kicking off at noon ET from Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland. The game will be aired on ESPN.
