I'm not against KK, he was actually kinda refreshing. I wasn't a fan of Vance Joseph. Really was hoping for Chuck Pagano.

Bowles did a great job
interesting D line up:
two DTs -- Vea and Suh
two OLBs -- Barret and JPP.
two iLBs-- (who can run)-- White and David
Five DBs, two high safeties.
they dared KC to run. KC never really stuck with it.

Their CBs could tackle and their ILBs can cover. Even if KC did try to run all the dline had to do was clog the line of scrimmage and the people behind would clean up.

Nah the 2014 team was more flawed than the 2015 team despite what the record was before Palmer went down.

Yeah I think that’s a sentimental, career-based, wrong decision. Defense won this game and white was the biggest reason. QBs generally get too much credit and this is the best indicator of that. And all that takes nothing away from Brady’s unreal GOAT achievement.

That 2014 defense could have stopped anyone. If only we had a decent/serviceable quarterback instead of Lindley on that fateful game.

No chance to have Bowles back but I would have called Ray Horton from retirement, he was the first defensive coach who changed completely the level of our defense

We somehow got by against Rivers & Stafford, but otherwise, that list is terrible. We had no pass rush, ILBs, & CB play were inconsistent this year. Had similar problems in 2015 with the exception of CB play being a lot better. I’m positive we would’ve gotten exposed in the playoffs even if Carson remained healthy.
