CG only touched the ball once when Brooker fouled out. I don’t agree with that.

getting put through the east coast ringer - brutal couple of losses no doubt but we did good for being bookless in detroit

these games build character - our supporting cast need this type of action before the playoffs cuz book won't always be on the court

im over complaining about the ref's calls - now it's them stopping the games with nonsense right when we get going - houston - miami and now detroit where the game just comes to a hault for no real reason- breaks my brain - play the game

Pistons missing free throws is not an anomaly - they are 2nd to last in the league in team FT%. That will bite them in the ass come playoff time.

GA was tired and missed many 3pt attempts in the 4th. Pistons got really physical on D, that's when we really needed Booker or Green to go 1-on-1. Goodwin, Oso played big for us, and to a lesser extent Livers who noramlly does the right things on both sides even not scoring much. Brooks' ISO was not good for team offense this time.

Missed the game tonight. Took my daughter to a birthday dinner. Will have to watch this on DVR tonight or tomorrow.

Bummer. Two games we could’ve snuck away with. Don’t complain about refs much but I think they were awful this game. Still like the fight on the team in both games.

Is everyone ready to concede that Grayson Allen is too valuable to trade?

Did you a see a win or something? I saw a guy who got exhausted midway through the 3rd quarter but kept chucking shots, regardless of how open he was. He went 2 for 10 from deep. He's also regularly our worst defender and picked on by opponents.

I like Grayson but he's far from untradeable.

Allen is actually a bad defender? I'm listening. I understood that he is no great defender but one of those archetypal "pests" on defense who tries to annoy his opponent and might play dirty. A Dillon Brooks without the noise and stupidity and with a much better three-point shot.

As for his getting tired...if he did, he did. He played so much only because there was hardly anyone else available. I don't ask for him to start or play that many minutes.

Since I have repeatedly derided Dillon Brooks as an idiot, I will now mention that I would not like to trade him either. He's much too valuable, because he provides the noisy vocal leadership that Booker never provides. He is needed here and I'm happy to have him. I suggested before that the team would fall apart without him.

(I'm not insulting Booker either. I accept that he also provides leadership, but strictly by example. Booker is a quiet leader, an A.C. Green; but apparently that's not enough for NBA players. They require a leader who makes noise and is willing to fight with opposing players.)
