dtv is not a issue - he's the yang to devin's ying - he was productive on both ends of the court tonight - carrying us at times - made a bad play at the end - book fouled a 3 point shooter recently (for no reason) at the end of a game and we lost - im ride and/or die with brooks - im all in with dillon - wouldn't be the same without him - twitter is full of rockets fans fawning for the villain that vanished
Brooks has a lot more proving to do for me. I despised his act since the day he joined the NBA.

This Eastern conference run that we're in is not gonna be easy. Lots of the best of the Eastern conference we're gonna be matching up against. 188-161 record for those teams combined. Take out the two against the lowly Nets and it's a combined 166-109 record against the rest. It will be a test for sure.

I'm curious, outside this one game where he was 1/10 from 3 but had a decent shooting night overall, how his production has fallen off?
Fair question… 25 pts tonight were needed.
I haven’t gone back so just going by what I’ve perceived… it feels to me as though his impact on the game has been less lately than what it had been.

We lost this game because we didn't play our style of ball in the first half. 2nd half was a different story but the Heat caught fire (Bam in particular) in crunch time.

dillon's had a bullseye painted on his chest for a couple weeks now - he painted it himself but i think the technical he got tonight will be rescinded

People need to stop blaming the refs. I can almost guarantee Ott isn't letting the team get away with that in the locker room. The Suns still need to prove themselves and overcome adversity before the refs start letting them get away with more on the floor. That also may never happen if Dillon doesn't stop chirping at them constantly. He needs to keep jawing at opponents and not officials.

Rewatched the final 5min. Suns D was to blame for the loss. MW were out of position either going for block or pulling back too much, Book and Allen couldn't stop Jacques from driving, nor blocking him for off. reb. He was the main motor for Heat's turnaround, who assisted on most of their final scores by Powell and Bam. On O. Book's off all night, and MW travel and Allen out-of-bound TOs nailed the coffin. Also, Book should've sold a foul on Powell who had 5 already and sank the 3pt the next play.

At a certain point, I told my wife that Book needed to stop shooting as he had been off most of the night, even with his usually automatic mid-range shots.

He sometimes seems to forget that statistics show we win almost every time he gets high assist numbers not high scoring numbers.

Bam shooting 4-6 from three was the biggest problem. That was unexpected and normally doesn't happen.

Do any of you guys use a dvr to record ota antenna games? I'm about to pull the trigger on a Tablo for $100. Just wondering if they work as well as they sound. Seems pretty easy. These early games are tough, and I really miss the rewind button.
I do. I didn't go with Tablo though. I first went with HDHomerun but they had too many technical issues for me so I switched to Channels but you have to have your own server for that so I bought a mini PC. It has a much better interface.

Thanks for the info. I want something simple, so I don't think I want to go the server route. And the only thing I'll use it for is suns games, so the simpler the better!

No problem. Let me know how Tablo works out for you. I only use it for Suns and Jeopardy, myself.

So on the Grayson charge call that got overturned, he had kicked it out to Gillespie who nailed a three. We challenged and won but missed out on the made three pointer as a result. And now I just heard that the Brooks tech which resulted in a FT for them got rescinded. Doesn't take the point away though now. We got jobbed.

I thought that was a double tech. But the refs were really biased with more bad calls we didn't have challenges for.
