The 3 picks we got are leveraged so severely between several teams (with us getting last dibs) that they are all likely to be in the late 20s. The pick we sent out is likely to be very high. Even if Booker stuck it out until then, he'd be in year... 15? With no quality picks and a bunch of old old assets on huge contracts it is very hard to see how this team is even remotely competitive in the last couple years of the decade.

Although it will likely not effect traded draft picks, the current CBA expires after the 2029-30 season. Hopefully the new one is less punitive with increased revenue from expansion and television.
