Yesterday was a bad day. But it’s not the last day! If you’re the kind of person inclined to be hopeful, most of Tottenham’s competitors for relegation also play football today. And remember — relegation candidate clubs are not generally good at playing football. So there’s a chance Spurs can stay in lock step with West Ham and Nottingham Forest if they play to their, uh, negative potential.
Oh and don’t forget there’s a Merseyside Derby, and Arsenal can bottle the league today, that’d be fun too.
There’s a full slate of Premier League games to play today and this is your place to talk about them. It’s an open thread! Cowabunga!
