If I go into an establishment to use their bathroom, I'll always buy something to support them.

However, I have never been to a Starbucks that had a locked bathroom door unless it was occupied either. Had never known that was a thing until the recent Philly situation.

I only go there when I'm traveling so that might affect the price. Bananas at Sprout's are very affordable.

I spend enough at Starbucks over the course of a month (and multiple locations) that I don't feel bad if I use their restroom without buying anything every now and then.

I am going to a mom and pop store, etc I always buy something.
