I think that's exactly what spurs need. and maybe Ange already did some of the lifting with the way he liberated the players (tactically). and finally lifted a trophy. there is also a youth movement in the squad. But you are spot on whether or not the manager will have the time to accomplish his full potential. if they get results he will get time. if they are poor, I doubt they will have patience. definitely a positive start today against Burnley. far too often in the PL, even sometimes in the EFL and FA Cup, spurs are not able to distance themselves from opponents, regardless of the level of quality, and today that was nice to see. beautiful goals scored today. Richarlison's 2nd goal was amazing.
the man that runs the day-to-day operations at Tottenham is the one that needs to be fired. and if he's just a puppet for the ownership, then the owner needs to sell the club to someone who wants to invest in players like other top clubs do. soon they will be gone. they are reaching their expiry dates (Career wise). It's been a fall from grace from where they were 5-10 years ago. if they were ever going to win the PL or a UCL that was their chance.
