Traded Young + 7th rounder to the Broncos for a 6th rounder. Young started all 7 games and played 40% of the snaps in 6 out of the 7 games. They have some young depth behind him, but not sure why they'd trade a starter for upgrading a 7th to a 6th round pick. Rams have been known to make multiple trades (e.g. trading Peters while acquiring Ramsey), so maybe something else is coming.

Could just be they wanted to bench the guy for the youngsters and wanted to clear some cap space.

Any thoughts on what might be coming? When they trade it’s usually big?
Marcus Maye makes some sense with the rumors that he wants out of New York. He fits a need and can play a sub LB role.

Another CB makes a bunch of sense as well. Joe Haden would be an option if the Steelers felt like they are out of it. Xavien Howard would be the big move, but it would take a ton of cap movement. Miami also has Noah Igbinoghene who they sound willing to move.
