Social media reacts to Alabama's NCAA Tournament seed, opponent

On Sunday night, it was officially revealed that the Alabama Crimson Tide were back in the NCAA Tournament for a dance once again during March Madness.

As part of the NCAA Tournament Selection Show, Alabama was officially revealed as the No. 4 seed in the Midwest Region, and as a result, will face the No. 13 seeded Hofstra Pride in the first round. That game will take place Friday, March 20, at 3:15 p.m. ET on TNT from inside Benchmark International Arena in Tampa, Florida.

Led by head coach Speedy Claxton, the Pride come into the NCAA Tournament as the CAA conference tournament champions, and sit at 24-10 overall.

Should the Crimson Tide win, Alabama would advance to Round of 32 where a matchup against either No. 5 seeded Texas Tech or No. 12 Akron would await.
