It's always easier to assign rankings to college football transfers than it is to incoming high school prospects, since we've see what they've been able to do at the college level already, whether or not it was at a smaller level or not. However, following a spring season, the talent evaluators get another chance to update things and assign new rankings to the top transfer from the previous cycle.
On Wednesday, 247Sports released its final ranking of the 2026 transfer portal players, now that they have been at their new locations for a few months, many of whom have gone through spring football.
For the Oregon Ducks, this was a positive outcome, with many of the incoming transfers seeing their ratings improve. Here's how the top players fared in the new rankings for the Ducks:
Many of these players had notable impacts in the Ducks' spring game and are projected to be major producers for Oregon in the 2026 season. The Ducks now have the No. 21-ranked transfer portal class in the nation to close out the 2026 cycle.
