Sean McVay, head coach of the Los Angeles Rams, is one of the top coaches in the NFL and is known for his keen way of talking football with his players.

The Rams had a busy offseason, including draft night, but made their biggest splash so far with the signing of superstar wide receiver Davante Adams.

Adams creates a new one-two punch with Puka Nacua after the release of Cooper Kupp, and McVay is looking to lift the Lombardi Trophy once again.

In a meeting with his players, McVay speaks very highly of Adams' game, and shows a play from his time with the New York Jets that had players going "phew."

In the most McVay way possible, him going on and on about his ability to make plays and being in awe of his players is what makes him a likable coach and one of the best in the league.

The All-Pro wide receiver is widely known as the smoothest and best route runner in the NFL alongside other superstars like Ja'Marr Chase, Justin Jefferson, and veteran receiver Keenan Allen.

McVay speaks on that, and Adams' ability to recognize coverages and find ways to create space for himself, and lets the rest of the team know how good he truly is.

Outside of just football, this is a perfect example of how someone should be introduced to a team. In the office, in a warehouse, or in a football team, being introduced in this way speaks volumes on McVay's character and why players love playing for him so much.

These next couple seasons with Matthew Stafford having Adams and Nacua at his disposal will be storylines week in and week out, and has the potential to be one of the best offenses in the league.

As Adams builds his chemistry more throughout offseason workouts and into the regular season, the Rams are immediately a team to watch not only to win the NFC West, but also the NFC as they look to get their second Super Bowl in five years.
