Central Cambria 16, Central 3 (5): In Martinsburg, Kaydence Sinclair was 4-for-4 with a double and six RBIs as the Red Devils topped the Scarlet Dragons.
Katie Scott added three hits, including a double, and two RBIs. Avery Biter (two RBIs, two stolen bases), Kylie Ferguson and Camryn Matlin each added two knocks. Rowyn Ruddek struck out five batters in five frames.
Central’s Riley Peterson recorded two hits.
Thursday
Purchase Line 2, United 0: In Armagh, Rylee Mahaffey struck out 16 batters in a two-hit shutout and added three hits at the plate, including a double, to propel the Red Dragons past the Lions.
Leah Nelson added two knocks, including a double.
United’s Ella Worthington fanned 14 batters. Kenedi Fiochetta and Worthington each singled.

Williamsburg 6, Ferndale 4: In Williamsburg, Konner Harker and William Lower (two RBIs) each produced two hits as the Blue Pirates fended off the Yellow Jackets.
Harker, Lower, Anthony Neri and Ethan Reffner each doubled. Lower fanned five in six innings.
Ferndale’s Maddex Chuklochak and Brady Ferenchik each provided three hits. Chuklochak doubled twice, and Connor Hrivnak added a two-bagger and two RBIs. Ferndale scored all of its runs in the seventh.

Moshannon Valley 4, North Star 0: In Ferrellton, Collin Dunlap fanned 12 batters in a complete-game shutout, while Mason Abernethy went 3-for-4 with two doubles and three runs scored as the Black Knights beat the Cougars.
J.C. Smith added two knocks and two RBIs.
North Star’s Brady Meyers and Max Pristas each doubled.
