After a Tuesday night loss to the Columbus Clippers that snapped a five-game win streak, the St. Paul Saints came back with a complete 9-0 victory on Wednesday against Columbus.

Five different hitters homered, while five pitchers combined on a five-hit shutout in the second game of the series.

Aaron Rozek allowed just one hit and one walk in four innings as the starter on the mound. Garrett Acton pitched two hitless innings and was followed by Julian Merryweather, Alejandro Hidalgo and Eric Orze with an inning a piece.

Kyler Fedko opened the scoring with his 17th home run in the first inning. Ben Ross, David Banuelos, Matt Wallner and Hendry Mendez also homered.

The series continues Thursday at CHS Field at 7:07 p.m. CDT.
