According to a report from NFL insider Albert Breer, the Detroit Lions are exploring the possibility of trading up.

Lions general manager Brad Holmes is sniffing around possibly trading up to go find its preferred EDGE in the draft's second round.

Detroit has been commonly linked to some of the top EDGE players in this draft class ever since mock drafts started rolling out in earnest several months ago.

One team that's sniffed around on trading up—with plenty looking to go down—is the Lions. Detroit could be looking to grab one of the edge rushers that slid through the first round. https://t.co/Ks89aXPwlQ

It sounds like Holmes just might make his move tonight to ensure the Lions get their guy.
