Why are people all over her?

I have read a few of her pieces and she isnt any worse than the rest of the sportswriters in PHX.

They are there to sell papers not coddle a small fan base. Like someone else wrote its up to the Cardinals to change their perception NOT the Republic or Tribune or whatever.

Bashing the Cardinals in PHX sells papers because people who are either 1. Fans of other teams or 2. Hate the Bidwells read that stuff.

I know it is 'easy' to be negative. But do you honestly think these pieces would have been written if the Cards had gone to the playoffs more than once in 40 years?

I dont recall people complaining about the negative articles after the playoff win in Dallas in 98'...

Again I say 10 days before the start of a new era in cards football would not be the time to say hey "THEY SUCK". Who in their right mind other would find that to be interesting. Tell me something I don't know. NEWS FLASH.. the cards SUCK. WOW! how long did it take her to compare their futility to the bucs?

What about a little pride in your local team? She does not have to be a homer. She could have compared the team to the bucs.. showing how they both have been losers and how the bucs turned it around and how the cards have shown signs of doing the same... I think that would have been a better read.
