The Baltimore Ravens' cornerbacks are looking for a bounce-back season after a struggling 2025 season.

The 2025 season was a struggle for the Ravens in general, and the cornerback room did itself no favors as well. They ranked among the league's weaker position units as the defense gave up 23.4 points per game.

This upcoming season, that room is solid on paper but volatile, as they are heavily relying on the health of veteran players and the development of younger backups.

Here is where the room stands ahead of training camp, and some of the big questions regarding the unit entering the season.

Ravens Cornerbacks on the Roster

Marlon Humphrey

Humphrey is set to enter his 10th season in the NFL, all in Baltimore. The 30-year-old has established himself as one of the top defensive backs in his time in the league, but the 2025 season was not his sharpest.

In 2025, Humphrey struggled in coverage. Entering the 2026 season, he is under immense pressure to rebound and justify his $26.3 million salary cap hit.

This upcoming season, Humphrey is expected to serve as the versatile veteran leader that he is most known for, as well as be the anchor of the group.

Nate Wiggins

Wiggins, 22, is set to enter his third season in the league. In such a short time, the former first-round pick has risen in the ranks and is now poised for a breakout season.

Under Minter, Wiggins is expected to thrive and produce at a Pro Bowl level for a revamped Ravens defense. Wiggins' elite speed and coverage abilities are a great combination to have alongside Humphrey's leading the charge.

Chidobe Awuzie

Awuzie is set to enter his second season with the Ravens after signing another one-year deal in March.

The 31-year-old will serve as a vital veteran anchor and a reliable rotational cornerback for the Ravens. His first season with the flock was solid, recording 43 tackles and seven pass breakups.

If Awuzie is healthy, he is expected to provide the Ravens with a stabilizing presence in the secondary.

Chandler Rivers

Rivers is a former Duke Blue Devil, whom the Ravens selected in the fourth round of this year’s draft.

Entering the 2026 season, he is expected to be a valuable depth piece as a rookie, while also competing for snaps as a slot cornerback and contributing on special teams.

T.J. Tampa

The Pennsylvania native will enter his third season with the team and is poised for a breakout season.

Tampa is expected to benefit in a big way from Minter’s defense. With his physical size and length, he is poised to earn more consistent defensive snaps and an increased role in 2026.

Amani Oruwariye

Oruwariye is back with the Ravens after signing onto the practice squad in early October 2025 and eventually signing a reserve/future contract with Baltimore in early January.

The 30-year-old is set to provie veteran cornerback depth this fall.

Keyon Martin

Martin will enter his second season with the team after going undrafted in 2025.

The former Louisiana Ragin' Cajun has a great chance for the 2026 season to be a breakout one. Martin is expected to compete for a dime/slot corner role in Minter’s defense.

Additional backups:

Marquise Robinson

Bilhal Kone

Matthew McDoom

Lardarius Webb

Robert Longerbeam

Biggest Cornerback Question

Can Marlon Humphrey benefit in a big way in Jesse Minter’s offense after a struggling 2025 season?

Humphrey is coming off an injury-plagued season, and age is certainly not on his side, especially considering the position he plays. It's fair to question whether he can bounce back, but if he has any chance to do so, it will be in Minter's defense.

If Humphrey can't produce this season in a retooled defense, the Ravens will have some serious decisions to make.
