Ravens stock watch: Who impressed or disappointed in 2025?

Baltimore has begun the process of rebuilding its roster after a 26-24 loss in Pittsburgh in Week 18 that set in motion John Harbaugh's firing, the Steelers' loss to the Texans, Mike Tomlin's stepping down, the former Ravens coach landing with the New York Giants, and Jesse Minter departing Los Angeles to return to Baltimore.

The new league year is fast approaching, and with over one month until the Super Bowl, the NFL released key dates for the calendar year. The most important date after the Super Bowl is the early negotiation window. That'll open on March 9, giving teams two days to negotiate before free agency and the new league year kicks off on March 11.

With the off-season underway, we're looking at whose stock is up and whose is falling entering the new league year.

Stock up: RB Derrick Henry​

Physicality is the name of the game in Baltimore, and Minter can start carving out his own culture with one of the most imposing running backs in NFL history. He just posted another 1,500-yard season, and if not for Todd Monken underutilizing the future Hall of Famer, Henry could have led the NFL in rushing.

Stock up: WR Zay Flowers​

Zay Flowers is the biggest star of the group, logging back-to-back Pro Bowls after accounting for 85 catches, 1,211 yards, and five touchdowns.

Stock up: DT Travis Jones​

Travis Jones, PFF grade: 79.2

NFL rank: 7th

Jones wrapped his 2025 season with a 79.2 PFF overall grade, the second-highest mark on the defense, behind only All-Pro safety Kyle Hamilton. Jones led all Baltimore defenders in pressures (47), sacks (five), and PFF run-defense grade (81.1).

Stock up: OLB Mike Green​

Green got off to a slow start, but eventually found his footing down the stretch. Overall, Green played 713 snaps, finishing with a 46.3 grade from PFF, 3.5 sacks, 19 pressures, and 14 quarterback hits. With Minter entering the process, Green's production should jump tremendously.

Stock down: WR Rashod Bateman​

2024 PFF grade: 70.0 NFL rank: 57th

2025 PFF grade: 55.0 NFL rank: 117th

After a career year in 2024, the veteran wide receiver had a down year and even missed the AFC North title game with an illness. Bateman finished with 13 games played, 12 starts, 38 targets, 19 receptions, 224 yards receiving, and two touchdowns.

Stock up: Chidobe Awuzie​

PFF grade: 74.7

NFL rank: 14th

The 30-year-old cornerback had his moments in 2025, and his 74.7 grade from PFF was 14th best in the NFL.

Stock down: TE Isaiah Likely​

2024 PFF grade: 72.3 NFL rank: 14th

2025 PFF grade: 56.4 NFL rank: 61st

Likely had his training camp setback by a broken foot, and he was inconsistent for the rest of the season. He missed the start of the season and finished with 27 catches on 36 targets for 307 yards, all career lows.

Malaki Starks​

PFF grade: 68.9

NFL rank: 32nd

Starks, a 2025 first-round pick from Georgia, started 15 of the 17 games he appeared in this season, logging 1,060 defensive snaps (11th), 84 total tackles (49 solo) and four passes defensed, including two interceptions. Starks finished his rookie season with the third-most interceptions and the fourth-most total tackles on the Ravens' defense.

Stock down: CB Marlon Humphrey​

2024 PFF grade: 79.0 NFL rank: 6th

2025 PFF grade: 49.9 NFL rank: 104th

Humphrey had the biggest regression in the entire NFL, going from an All-Pro season in 2024 to one of the lowest graded players at his position.

Stock up: LB Trenton Simpson​

Simpson logged a career-high 2.5 sacks and recorded 66 total tackles (34 solo), including 2.5 sacks, and one pass defensed in 17 regular-season games in 2025. and finished with seven fewer total tackles than in 2024, while playing 213 fewer defensive snaps.
