The Los Angeles Rams kick off their first training camp practice of 2026 on Sunday, taking their first step on their journey towards a potential championship in February.

Before the team could take to the field, the Rams announced two roster moves. They placed guard Justin Dedich the non-football injury list, while cornerback Al'zillion Hamilton was added to the physically unable to perform list.

Both players can be activated of their respective injury lists at any time.

Dedich played a major role for the Rams last season, operating as their backup interior offensive lineman and was a rotational player on special teams. With both Steve Avila and Kevin Dotson missing multiple games last season, Dedich stepped up and held the line, allowing the team to push forward with their league-leading production.

In two seasons for the Rams, Dedich has played in 29 regular-season games, starting in nine of those contests. He's also played in three playoff games, starting one of them.

Hamilton is a rookie cornerback who was signed as an undrafted free agent. Hamilton played for Fresno State during his collegiate career, featuring in 54 contests. Hamilton recorded a career-high four interceptions last season.
