Training camp will start for the Las Vegas Raiders in less than two weeks. For our Tuesday Community Question topic this week, we asked our users to act like John Spytek and list any last-minute needs they think the team needs.
Here are some of your responses:

They need another linebacker because Eichenberg and Lindenberg barely played last year and Nakobe Dean hasn’t played a full season.
They could upgrade the vast majority of positions but it should be through a trade, of course

Same with Right Tackle. Hopefully Grant steps up but don’t trust DJ Glaze at all.Another vet receiver, not necessarily starter.

I really don’t think they need anything. As a fan I just want to expedite the start of the season. Here we go Raiders 10-7 you got this.

More training and camp time for the team as a whole. The way the NFL and the player’s union has it set up now it hurts the development process and getting the team prepared for the season. I propose they increase the number of players to carry on a squad (practice and first team) and start a serious effort to organize a minor league like MLB. It will improve the game and QoL for all. The owners & NFL have gone cheap and short changed the effort in this regard.
