It's a special edition of the Coloradoan's Athlete of the Week series, partnering with Blue Federal Credit Union to honor our top local sports stars.
But this edition features former high school athletes who are doing big things at the collegiate level.
This week's poll? Vote for the athlete who played girls high school sports in the Fort Collins area and had the best collegiate season in the 2025-26 school year.
And there were plenty of local products excelling in a major way, from the basketball court and the softball diamond to the soccer pitch and the pool.
Voting runs through July 13 at 11:59 a.m., with the winner announced at coloradoan.com/sports soon after the poll's conclusion.
You can find the poll at the bottom of the page.
