If you didn’t enjoy the episodes you've already watched I doubt you will like the new ones.
Yeah… this show doesn’t exactly pick up the pace.

My buddy put it best to me today… this season just seems like a really long set up for Season 2. That’s not a good season of TV.

Gilligan is a MASTER of making process much more watchable than anyone in TV, but this entire show feels like process without the propulsive plot or dynamic characters that made his Bad universe so good.

Oof, this is not inspiring me to continue.
It was stunningly beautiful if nothing else. Driving through divine spots in South America in a vintage MGB.

Not up La Grand Belezza level, but beautiful is was

The new episode was good. We gained a lot of insight and I like the way it was done with layered metaphors. I'm jealous of the astronomy scene. I'd love to be able to flip the switch that Zosia did.

Agreed. The most information we've gotten since several episodes ago IMO.

The way Sosia looked like a robot at the end of the episode was telling. I thought the look wasn't just a "downloading" info thing, it genuinely looked like they don't really want Carol and Monousas to meet, but are powerless to stop it.

I think it was the hive having to recalibrate how they're playing the game with Carol too.

Eh, but great views are like porn; no need to watch TV or rent a video to see what can easily be found on the internet.

Still my favorite new show and this week did not disappoint.

While they cannot lie, they can manipulate very well.

This became a second screen viewing experience down the stretch for me.

Not sure if I’ll watch season 2 when it returns.

I heard there was lots of stuff happening in the finale. For me, waaaaaaaaaaaaay too late. I love me a good slow burn, but not 2-minute scenes that drag on for 5 minutes, and this show was choc full of 'em. My sense? The content was stretched to make an extra episode or two.

Watch La grand Belezza. Oscar winner like 15 years ago. Solid story. As visually stunning as you will ever see.
