What a freaking joke of an organization I bet Emmit really ripped the team a new one. He would be a better coach than coach mac at this point. How do you get shut out in your home opener against the freakin seahawks!!!! Heads are gonna roll or they damn well should!!

I can't believe you're trying to make it sound like Jake Plummer won those two games. You should be saying "Clinton Portis and the Broncos team (that happens to be carrying Jake Plummer) are 2-0". If you truly think that Plummer had anything to do with the wins, you should be part of the media.

The only thing that the Cardinals organization ever did right was getting rid of Plummer. Trust me, you're better off with Blake.

Plummer was obvoiusly given chances to throw touchdown passes and I guess he got lucky. Portis had a great rushing day but no TD opportunities, which didn't help me Fantasy Team any!

Plummer was 9-13 for 94 yards and his 3 TD's were little dump offs after Portis had done all the work getting down the field.

He still sucks in my book.

Jake did ok today.

Portis was awesome.

Jake made some good short passes in the red zone. They say he was held out because of a slight concussion.

Personally I think once they got a good lead they decided to stay with Burlein to make sure they kept it.

I am not a Jake hater but it was time for him to go.

Jake may be good he may not be but with this coaching staff he wasn't going to take us anywhere.

I do wish him the best, it is unfortunate that to do that the Broncos have to prosper but most of us liked Jake just not as our QB.

Jake did well today but the SD is going to be a bad team this year. So far Jake has had to only play bad teams with bad Def. Waite till he sees a real team, plus if Portis goes down he is done for. The only reason he got those TD's is becouse of the play action the run set up for him. Portis is a stud and he is the one that runs that team.

Jake at least has always been a great competitor and when he was on the field you knew thier was a chance to score more than you can say now

Actually the Broncos looked much better with Beurlein (sp) at QB than Plummer.

And how do you get shut out against the freakin Seahawks?

Well I've said it all week...these aren't your same ol' Seahawks, but I guess we're going to have to show it to the Rams next.

In all reality, once the Broncos play and actual team that is good and the good teams will find out that Jake only has that one roll out play. They'll defend it and Jake will get flustred throw picks and be same ole Jake. I still think he is a glorified backup,. Alwayas has been, And the dude that is up his butt so far must not have watched the game if he thinks what Jake did was so great. Portis is an animal, Jake just hands the ball off. Whow as it that made those passes down the field to Sharpe? Oh yeah...the back up Buerlien.

I saw the first half and Jake was good at best. First drive was extended with a horrible PI call, the ball was clearly tipped. Jake got a short TD pass to Droughns on a great fake. 2nd TD was a 1 yarder, and the 3rd they had to call a tackle eligible to make sure Jake got a TD pass. Why?

Because Jake had a separated shoulder which at the time they just knew hurt so they were being ultra careful. 4-5 plays earlier he had Sharpe WIDE open in the endzone, hand up waving, Jake missed him and finally threw it out of the endzone over Sharpe. Had he thrown it on time TD, he held it so long someone wound up holding. We aren't good enough to cover those mistakes, Denver so far is.

Jake Plummer 9/13 for 3 TD's and no INT's and key rushes to extend scoring drives

Jeff Blake 7/14 for 0 TD's and 2 INT's and 55 yds and points for the opposing team

You guys are freakin dilusional if you think Jake did not have a good game and will continue to get more comfortable being surrounded by REAL NFL talent and coaching. Once again you guys can talk all the bull **** you want we will see who has better stats and a better record as the season continues.

I don't expect Jake to do a 180 in his career but with good coaching and talent his numbers will drastically improve. He will become a solid NFL starter that most football experts predicted him to be before the Cards drafted him into thier horrible tradition of putting BAD teams with little quality players on the field.

Once again you Jake bashers just want to talk alot of **** and can't give the guy credit when he has a good game. He even hurt himself to pick up a key first down that led to another TD. I would rather have a competitor like Jake than a big mouth no action Blake. Nice deep ball Blake consistantly off target and overthrown way to stretch the D.

I would hope that a real football fan on here would at least recognize a nice game by plummer instead of just knocking the guy. Guess its just a bunch of children on here who cant stand that he is going to have success while the cards continue to SUCK year after year.
