PHOENIX — A season ago, the Phoenix Suns entered the 2024-25 season with playoff expectations built around star power. With Devin Booker, Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal, the formula appeared to overwhelm opponents with elite scoring.

Instead, came disappointment.
