Another +20 points from JJ who was very consistent in the SL.
Barbosa shot the lights out.
Finally a good game from Tsakalidis.

Excellent game for Barbosa (except for the 6 to's). He was 6-8 fg, 4-5 3ptrs, 4-5 fts, 3 rebs, 4 asts, 2 stls and 1 block. It still doesn't sound like he has a PG's game, but he'll have plenty of time to develop one. He still is supposed to have great ball handling and speed and what we really need is some points off the bench anyways.

I hope they keep Andy Ellis around a bit longer. In limited time, he shot well in the summer league (15-24 or .625 overall, and 2-3 from three-point range), and in the one game I saw, he seemed to have a good stroke from the perimeter (i.e. not just all close-in shots).

If he can defend or rebound a little, I could see him getting the third center spot instead of Scott Williams. I really don't see Cabarkapa getting a lot of time at center right now.

I signed up and watched this game last night.............

Barbosa is extremely fast and looks like he will be an excellent player once he learns how to play the NBA game.

JJ looked outstanding and "VERY" smooth.

Big Jake played very good. Looked a lot quicker than in the past and with the minutes he played produced points and rebounds.
He had some passes to him under the basket he was ready for and he dunked them instead of just laying them up there.
He was very aggresive and we all have been waiting for that, and he just blocks up the middle when he is in there.

Andy Ellis played well and runs the floor very good for a big man.


Cabarkapa didn't play, bummer.....

Although I have never seen Big Jake make a layup, he allways "trys" to dunk it... But still good news thx!
