The Philadelphia 76ers are embarking on a huge two seasons after bringing in NBA legend LeBron James.
However, the four-time champion is currently locked in on another venture that’s taking his time away from the basketball court. James’ golf game has become extremely important to him over the past year.

That’s led LeBron to launch his own YouTube channel before the 2026-27 NBA season. In fact, James’ first video is already out after bringing back the 2016 Cleveland Cavaliers roster on the course.
James’ Cavaliers team won the only NBA championship in franchise history a decade ago, which is prompting the superstar to get the band together again.

Superstar athletes in other sports have dabbled in the world of YouTube in the past. However, James is in a realm of his own as he prepares for another important NBA season.
However, the 76ers are bracing for the most important two years in franchise history after going all-in on LeBron this summer. Philly built its roster around James and Jaylen Brown after already boasting Tyrese Maxey and Joel Embiid.
It’s clear that King James’ newfound love for golf continues to grow, but how will that affect his attention on the court? LeBron’s best years have always been marked by pure focus and a lack of distractions.

In the past, James has even taken complete time away from social media in order to focus strictly on basketball. However, as he continues to age it’s evident that his priorities are shifting.
LeBron spent significant time with Bob Does Sports earlier this year after fully embracing the YouTube community.
That’s not a bad thing at all for him personally, but with Philly fully intent on winning its first title in decades they might not be getting James’ entire focus.
