I heard the Niners and Cardinals were both going after Suggs. Cardinals ended up having the better package.

It's a one-year deal. We could do worse for a situational pass rusher. I just hope we aren't relying on him as a starter.

And, no, this shouldn't in any way affect who we take #1.

Yes, ridiculous huh. I don’t know why we insist on bringing players in who are 1 year stop gaps. Why not take a chance on a young up and comer like Barrett.

Who’s a 35+ old LB and due to be a FA next year because that’ll be our guy next off season

we aren't done signing players. You don't want any short term vets sprinkled in? This is a veteran presense in the locker room and someone who can be a big help on situational downs. Great signing.
