I would like to formally thank Steve Keim for this absolute poop show of a contract.

The Cards have zero leverage in a trade. They are absolutely cutting him before that guarantee hits the 5th day of the new year
Unfortunately, I think you are 1000% correct.

We saw the same thing with DHop, after everyone spending weeks speculating on his trade value, too. For Murray, the sooner we accept that zero is the likely scenario, the better off we will all be.

Well, bye.
Makes you wonder what the actual CLUCK the gallderned brain trust on Hardy was even thinking... like really...what the actual??
Why??
Because weeks ago...WEEKS!!

Kyler was making veiled comments on national news about not being here....
A starting nfl QB under 30 just does not make those comments..

So my inner ********-O-Meter... or my inner tin foil hat conspiracy theorist...says, somebody...nay, MULTIPLE somebodies in the Cardinals organization had already discussed Kylers departure prior to the calendar month of October...when we were like 2-1 or 2-2...

So if they have known this...
There better be an actionable plan in place better than Jacoby Brissett..I like the dude...but we need a Lil better and much younger...

DHop seemed different. The first of Monti’s many lies and omissions. We couldn’t take his cap hit, and we’d used our two June First Cut Designations, so we said we’d work something out with him or let him seek a trade and then June 1 rolls around and we dumped him immediately.

Don't forget DHop also had the PED suspension and wasn't the same after. He was another bad test away from a year suspension on a 20 some million dollar a year deal with 2 years left, at least i think there were two years left.
