New England Patriots tight end Hunter Henry just keeps getting better and better.

According to Pro Football Focus’ Daire Carragher, Henry is one of only 21 players who have increased their PFF grade in each of the last three seasons.

After recording 509 receiving yards and two touchdowns in 2022, Henry followed that up with 419 receiving yards and six touchdowns in 2023 in only 14 games played, three fewer than the year prior.

The Arkansas native improved in the following two seasons with a then-career high of 674 receiving yards, as well as two touchdowns in 2024, before having a career year in 2025.

Henry recorded 768 receiving yards and seven receiving touchdowns last season. The 31-year-old’s career has been on an upswing over the last three seasons, which culminated in a showing in 2025 that helped New England reach the Super Bowl.

There is hope that he will still be effective in an offense that has improved along the offensive line and added two highly productive pass-catchers in three-time All-Pro receiver A.J. Brown and standout veteran Romeo Doubs.
