I think I actually lean towards Waddle. He’s got some Tyreek Hill in him. You put that kind speed opposite Hops playmaking ability along with Kyler being an offensive switchblade at QB, and you’re talking not just very good offense, but possible league best.

Would it be dumb if he turns out to be the next Kelce?

Gambadoro was basically saying Pitts is the #1 player on our board. If Pitts falls to 7 I wouldn't be surprised to see us to trade up to the Lions spot.

Yeah as really trade ups can be in the knowing that the TE could be very handy for Muray.

What’s the price to move from 16 to 7? I almost think it would take all of this years remaining draft capital, and maybe a piece of 2022 as well.

it’s fun to speculate, but that scenario is a pipe dream IMO.

I can see bootleg type situations where the linebacker covering Pitts has a seizure trying to decide what to do.

I just looked at the draft value table, and giving up both our 2nd and 5th round picks probably won’t cut what’s needed to move from 16 to 7. This would be a Ricky Williams type deal, unless we want to also part with one of our better players who is currently on a rookie deal (or pass over a decent 2022 pick). I totally believe Pitts would be a great addition, but just not a realistic one.

New rumor Keim apparently watched film and rightly want Pitts.

Cards likely have to get to #4 to get Pitts

If we trade up for Pitts I’m gonna lose my mind in a bad way.

Me too. Taking Pitts at 16? Okay, but it still leaves us massively behind the 8-ball at CB. A Ricky Williams deal to trade up for him would be moronic.

A trade up makes sense for Keim and Kliff, but maybe not the team. All indications are that we have to make the playoffs this year or they'll be let go. A guy like Pitts might be that difference maker. And if he's not, then not having a one and a three in 2022, is the next regimes concern. JMO.
