There wasn't much noise about Romeo Doubs on the first day of the NFL's free agent legal tampering period.
But as Tuesday dawns, he's probably the best wide receiver still available after spending his entire career so far with the Green Bay Packers.
That should put him in high demand.
ESPN's Dan Orlovsky, a former NFL QB, had Doubs on his mind apparently -- he posted this on X before 7 a.m.:

Doubs almost surely has a solid market and is just waiting for the right opportunity to arise.
It's not expected to be a return to Green Bay, for what it's worth.
ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported this in a new article on Sunday:
"Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs plans to hit the market. Talks with Green Bay did not result in a new deal. He'll have several suitors. The Patriots, Commanders and Titans are closely watching his market, along with the 49ers. Doubs is considered by some evaluators to be the best all-around receiver in the group."
The 49ers probably are out after signing Mike Evans.
Doubs has never had to be a true No. 1 WR for the Packers, but he's also often been Jordan Love's most reliable target over the past few seasons.
Soon, he might get that chance, and regardless, he'll probably get a solid payday.
