Weak. You’re under contract, haven’t accomplished anything in the post-season and hold yourself up to be the leader of the team worth a mega contract.

Showing up to OTA’s after a disastrous end to the season, where you didn’t play well (and helped author a humiliating playoff loss mocked by everyone, fans and media alike) is the bare minimum he could do to prove he’s everything he believes himself to be.

But it is what it is.

this. also showing up sends a message that he's moved passed the offseason drama.

He does what the 99% of the players does, beside some empty words regarding team being the first aspect they just care about themselves
Those huge contracts are changing the pure aspect of the team sports meaning, it sucks
Hypocrisy is reigning eveywhere

He doesn’t even have to do anything. Just be there for teammates, newbies, film sessions, etc. Gaming and batting cage sessions can wait

Every athlete, especially athletes that play football where the sport isn’t kind on the body after you retire, should have this mindset. Provide for your family & preserve your body first & foremost.

Those huge contracts are changing the pure aspect of the team sports meaning,
I guarantee teammates are rooting for their teammates to make the most they can. Being a “team player” does not & should not = take less than what the fan think you are worth. It’s not my money & it’s not yours. You should not be feeling sorry for these billionaire owners. Fork as much as you can cause they’ll get rid of you in a second.
