Lou Holtz, who coached the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and South Carolina Gamecocks, died Wednesday at his home in Florida.

Not a fan of Notre Dame, so I was usually not a fan of his as a coach, although I was there in person to see his team win their last national championship. I did like him as an analyst on the sports shows. RIP.
